Renovation of an educational facility in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project is for MB Electronic Safety Upgrades, PW856, involving the full replacement of the fire alarm system at Engineering Technology and additive alternates for select fire alarm device replacements at Miller Hall and Communications Facility. The Architect/Engineer's estimate for the base bid plus additive alternates is $1,400,000. All projects with an estimated maximum allowable construction cost (MACC) of one million dollars or more require a minimum 15% Apprenticeship Participation. Potential bidders must access Trimble Unity Construct's online bidding portal for all bid documents, questions, and addenda. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Trimble Unity Construct online bidding portal, and only bids submitted through this portal will be accepted. Potential bidders are encouraged to prepare and submit bids prior to the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues. To use the bidding portal, create an account (if it is your first time), review the bid package information, download documentation, send questions to the bid manager, and submit the bid electronically.
