The City of Bellingham Plants Division anticipates the need for long term support and maintenance for the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems associated with the Post Point Pollution Control Plant, Whatcom Falls Water Plant and approximately 50 remote sites are controlled via the Wonderware SCADA system. The system allows monitoring and control of the sites from various locations. The remote locations communicate via Fiber or Esteem Radios. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a term contract with one (1) Contractor to provide twenty-four (24) hour-a-day, seven (7) day-a-week on-call support on an as needed basis to ensure the operational functionality of the City's various utility systems.
