Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City is seeking a consultant to provide architectural, engineering, permitting, environmental, cost estimating, and all related services for the design and permitting of a reroof project at the Post Point Waste Water Treatment Plant, 210 McKenzie Ave, Bellingham WA 98225. Consultants are expected to have previous experience working on commercial reroof projects. The selected consultant will prepare plans, obtain permits, and assist with construction administration, working closely with a City Facilities Project Manager to complete the design. Disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. All bids must be submitted electronically through the specified online portal prior to the stated deadline.
