The scope includes: - Protection of existing trees and adjacent site elements; - Removals, demolition and excavation; - Installation of cast-in-place (CIP) concrete pavement; - Installation of asphalt pavement and speed humps; - Installation of cast-in-place (CIP) curbs, walls, concrete stairs; - Installation of decorative fencing and metal handrails; - Installation of site furnishings, including backed benches, tactile plates and fixed bollards; - Installation of sodding; - Installation of planting, soil and mulch; - Line paint - Civil works including new catch basins and pipes - Others as described in the drawings and specifications.
