**As of April 27, 2026, this project has been awarded.** Sealed bids are invited for the Bridge 85 and Culvert P-004 Replacement Projects. The work is described in the specifications. All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Indiana Department of Transportation. Plans, specifications, instructions to bidders, bid forms, and other related documents are available on the Johnson County Highway Department website. Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form #96, accompanied by a properly signed Affidavit of Non-Collusion. A 10% bid bond or certified check is required with the bid, payable to the Johnson County Board of Commissioners. Upon award of contract, a performance bond equal to the contract price and a payment bond to ensure payment of subcontractors, material suppliers, contract laborers, and service providers will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after the bid opening without written consent from the Board of County Commissioners for a period of 30 days. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in any or all bids.
