Description

Renovation of an office development in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

**As of April 9th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Alliance Environmental.** This is a request for an informal bid Air Handler Unit 2 & 4 Restoration to Clean, Disinfect, and Re-Coat Condensate Pans (Typical Units) for a one-time service for two Air Handling Units (2 & 4) with the following: 1) HEPA vacuum and wash all internal plenums: Intake/return, fan, coil, and discharge plenums. 2) HEPA vacuum, wash fan, and fan housing. 3) Prep and paint fans and fan housing. 4) Paint all internal surfaces as required. 5) Chemically treat and high-pressure wash coils and condensate pans. 6) Flush condensate pan drains. 7) Re-seal condensate pans with Pan-Grip 2-part epoxy. 8) Install astro-foil insulation over existing internal insulation and seal edges with DP1020 sealant. 9) Disinfect all internal components with Shockwave non-corrosive disinfectant. Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), a local public entity of the State of California, is seeking bids through this informal Request for Bids (iRFB) for Air Handler Unit 2 & 4 Restoration.
