Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility.
The City of Pigeon Forge is receiving bids for the supply and construction of a new metal storage building at the Pigeon Forge Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bidders must submit their bids in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address, State of Tennessee contractor license number, and the reference "Metal Building Construction Project" clearly marked on the outside. Bids should be transmitted through UPS or Federal Express and addressed to Mark Miller, City of Pigeon Forge, Department of Public Works, 3211 Rena Street 37863. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid most favorable to the City. Construction of an 80'x100'X20 , metal storage building with associated utilities on the grounds at the City of Pigeon Forge Wastewater Treatment PROJECT SCOPE Furnish labor , material and equipment to construct an 8,000 square foot metal building per the attached specifications
