The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Buffalo Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a contractor to provide Building Management System Maintenance at 400 Forest Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14213. The required specifications are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet “IFB 25-109 - C202866 - Buffalo Ele. – BQS.” There is a mandatory site visit at the specified location. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted as instructed in the IFB. No late bids will be accepted. MWBE participation goals are set at 30% (MBE: 16%, WBE: 14%), and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) goal is 6%. CR#: 2131938 Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Tuesday, March 17th , 2026. Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Friday, March 20th , 2026. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.
