Sealed proposals are sought for the 2025 Water Cut Restoration Program for the City of Buffalo. Proposals must be delivered as sealed proposals to Room 502 of City Hall, Buffalo, NY, either by direct drop-off on the specified date between certain hours or by mail, allowing time for delivery before the bid opening. Bidders are responsible for proper labeling and placement of their proposal. Bids may be rejected if not submitted correctly. Addenda to the proposal documents will be provided to bidders listed on the official Plan Holders List and must be acknowledged within the proposal book. Payment for proposal documents must be made by company check or money order. A pre-bid meeting will be held via video meeting/conference call. Bidders are responsible for notifying identified contacts of any errors or ambiguities in the contract documents. Each bidder must comply with the General Municipal Law regarding Certification of Non-Collusion and submit proof of registration with the New York State Department of Labor as required for public work projects.
