Responses should be directed to the designated individual or office as designated in the solicitation document. The contract award for this solicitation will not be posted on the website; contact the designated individual or office as identified in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing nor conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, so it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. he objective and ultimate goal for this project is to have a group of competent contractors to be called on in an ongoing basis for work pertaining to the Virgin Town roads systems. The project scope and specifications could be any possible issue concerning roads in Virgin. SCOPE OF WORK The project scope and specifications could be related to any maintenance issue concerning roads in Virgin Town. In this case the scope of work can change from very minor road repair to a larger issue requiring more involved road repairs and replacement. All proposals submitted for consideration that include sub-contractors must include documents for the subs as well, such as licenses, insurance, and references. Individual projects will be issued to contractors qualified in the pooling agreement on the basis of most qualified as it relates to the specific projects. A bid proposal will be issued to select contractors and approved in writing by all appropriate Virgin Town administration prior to commencing any work. A copy of the contractor(s) valid, current and in good standing contractor's license issued by the Utah State Contractor Licensing Board. o Proof of full coverage Liability Insurance. o All contractor(s) shall indicate an hourly labor rate, in this Solicitation, to serve as the basis for negotiations of compensation for providing other unscheduled services. o These costs shall include all sub-contractors, tools and equipment required to complete the job. o References (2 Minimum) o Illustrative examples of similar work performed. o Any other requested information which will clearly demonstrate the Offeror's expertise in the area of this solicitation. o Some projects will require a quick response time. Based on your normal operation and location how quickly could a crew and equipment be on site for a 1,000 SF Remove and replace project.
