The project scope and specifications could be any possible issue concerning roads in Virgin. SCOPE OF WORK The project scope and specifications could be related to any maintenance issue concerning roads in Virgin Town. In this case the scope of work can change from very minor road repair to a larger issue requiring more involved road repairs and replacement. All proposals submitted for consideration that include sub-contractors must include documents for the subs as well, such as licenses, insurance, and references. Individual projects will be issued to contractors qualified in the pooling agreement on the basis of most qualified as it relates to the specific projects. A bid proposal will be issued to select contractors and approved in writing by all appropriate Virgin Town administration prior to commencing any work.
