Virgin Town Hall LDS Church Remodel Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary in response to such questions will be resolved by the issuance of formal Addenda to the RFB. The deadline for all questions is 2:00 P.M. Local Time. Thursday, December 23, 2024. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Only questions that have been resolved by formal written Addenda via the Town Mayor, Jean Krause, will be binding. After December 23, 2024, oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal or contractual effect. ANY questions, technical or otherwise, pertaining to this Request for Bids must be submitted IN WRITING OR IN PERSON by December 23, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. to: Mayor Krause at 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah 84779 or by email to Mayor@virgin.utah.gov Award of Contract: It is the Town's intent to award a contract to the contractor(s) that can best meet the requirements of this document. The Town reserves the right to award a contract to multiple contractors or a single contractor or to make no award, whichever is in the best interest of the Town. It is anticipated that award of the contract will occur at the regularly scheduled Virgin Town Council meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, 6:00 P.M. The decision of the Town Council will be final. Job to begin at the Contractors earliest possible start date.
