Also, 150 feet of East Homebuilt Circle will be reconstructed. Grading, drainage, and other miscellaneous items of work will be done as necessary. This project is located in a private neighborhood with Homebuilt Circle being the only point of access. The project also includes Alternate 1, a gravel parking lot measuring approximately 120 feet by 25 feet. All construction shall be completed in accordance with the current Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (ADOT&PF) Standard Specifications for Highway Construction (SSHC) 2017 Edition. Project specific special provisions are provided in the following sections.
