Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Monroe Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
Sealed bids are requested for the replacement of an existing concrete pipe with an HDPE pipe, bank stabilization, installation of retaining walls, and construction of two new headwalls. A bid bond or certified check made payable to Upper Allen Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid is required from each bidder. Each bidder must also be prepared to submit evidence of qualifications to perform the work. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. The contract time is ninety calendar days. Upper Allen Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 03/06/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing via the "Messages/ Public Q&A" feature . Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of bids will not be answered.
