Purchase and installation of a Garage Door located on the North end of the Municipal Service Center. All bidders must certify that they contractors nor ton the Comptroller General's list of ineligible the list of parties excluded from Federal procurement of procurement programs A bid tabulation will be prepared containing the e of each bidder and the prices) proposed. Only firm bids will be accepted and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any irregularities and informalities in the bids submitted and accepted by the City. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the hour set for the opening thereof unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding 60 days The City further reserves the right to make awards to the responsible bidder whose bid is determined to be the most advantageous to the City of Fond du Lac Cameron Fails Deputy Procurement Officer Inquiries regarding this Request for Bids, including any inquires that arise during a walkthrough, will be accepted via e-mail only, and addressed to Cameron Fails, at cfails@fdl.wi.gov. Unauthorized contact regarding the RFB with other City of Fond du Lac employees may result in disqualification. All inquiries must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. CST, Wednesday, March 4th ,2026.
