Demolition, site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Spearfish, South Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Work shall be completed under one Lump Sum Contract and consists of all labor, skill and materials required to properly construct the project. The project consists of constructing concrete slabs, footings and foundation, a city supplied building package, perimeter concrete apron, electrical work, and minor grading and gravel surfacing. This work shall include all other miscellaneous items which must be performed to properly complete the contract. Paper Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project.
