Site work for a water / sewer project in Spearfish, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of 4,252 LF 8 Cured-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining of sanitary sewer. Paper Bids must be submitted upon the printed bid form and sealed with the items being bid clearly indicated on the outside for each project. In accordance with South Dakota law, each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, or a cashiers check or money order in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor shall provide and furnish all of the plant, labor, materials, necessary tools, expendable equipment, and all utility and transportation services required to perform and complete in a workman like manner and ready for operation all work required materials, labor, and equipment for materials, labor and equipment for construction improvements in accordance with the Specifications, including any and all addenda, which Plans and Specifications are made a part of this Contract, and in strict compliance with the Contractors Proposal and other contract documents herein mentioned which are a part of this Contract.
