The scope of work is best described as the removal and replacement of door latch and locksets, including exit devices. The Board of Education of Queen Anne's County, Centreville, Maryland, is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified Contractors to provide bids for the Door Hardware Replacement at Bayside Elementary School, 301 Church Street, Stevensville, Maryland 21666. While this Project does not have a minimum percentage participation goal for Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) participation, Queen Anne's County Public Schools encourages all Certified MBE contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to respond to this solicitation notice. Bidders who are interested are encouraged to check the website regularly through the solicitation period, as addenda will solely be posted to the website, and will not be distributed directly to firms. Each Bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that they have the current, complete version of the Bid Documents, including all addenda, before submitting their proposal. Queen Anne's County Public Schools is not responsible for any Bid Documents obtained from any source other than the Queen Anne's County Public Schools website. In the event of inclement weather on the date when bids are scheduled to be opened and the QACPS administrative offices are closed, bids will be opened on the next business day at the same time as previously scheduled.
