HCMD will require 48 hours notice prior to start of work. 6. The Contractor shall be responsible for: a. Repairing damage to existing structures due to construction process including adjacent walls and flooring. 7. The contractor shall remove all excess material accumulated due to construction. 8. The contractor shall always have a competent person on site. 9. All work shall be coordinated through HCMD. 10.
