Sealed bids are being solicited for the following work: Bid Pack #21 Allen Park Public Schools, Arno Elementary Mechanical Equipment Replacement, located at Arno Elementary, 7500 Fox Ave, Allen Park, MI 48101. Bids must be submitted electronically through Building Connected. No oral, fax, mailed, dropped off, or emailed bids are allowed. Bidders must submit with their proposals a Bid Security by a qualified surety authorized in Michigan and include four forms: Familial Disclosure Form (as per MCL 380.1267), Iran Economic Sanctions Act Form (as per Michigan Public Act No. 517 of 2012), Affidavit of Compliance (Criminal Background Checks), and proof of registration for the State of Michigan Prevailing Wage (MCL – Act 10 of 2023 – Michigan Legislature). Bid proposals lacking these notarized forms will not be accepted.
