Overhaul three existing centrifugal chillers, including inspection and maintenance of refrigerant float system, economizer damper, dehydrator and oil cooler, oil and filter change, recasketing and seals, evacuation and recharge, data logging, vibration analysis, complete removal and replacement of insulation, corrosion inspection and thickness testing of refrigerant piping and vessels with reporting and recommended repairs, epoxy protection at specified components, start up, commissioning and O and M deliverables Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
