This work includes but is not limited to: - Provide and install a square of mulch, wood borders and a geotextile membrane; - Excavate; - Provide and install a psychomotor pathway for 9 to 12 years old and a psychomotor pathway for 4 to 6 years old; - Provide and install a swing; - Provide and install synthetic turf. - Install new soccer goals. The work can begin on June 25 and must be completed by August 21, 2026. No work will be allowed during the summer construction holidays from July 18 to August 2, 2026. Submissions must be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount of the submission excluding all applicable taxes, in the form of a certified cheque made payable to the Centre de services scolaires des Draveurs, irrevocable letter of guarantee or surety bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a licence issued in accordance with the Act respecting insurance (L.R.Q., c. A-32) authorizing it to carry on surety bond insurance, a trust company holding a permit issued under the Act respecting trust companies and savings companies (R.S.Q., c. S-29.01), a financial services cooperative governed by the Act respecting financial services cooperatives (R.S.Q., c. C-67.3) or a bank within the meaning of the Bank Act (S.C., 1991, c. 46), valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening the tenders, otherwise the tender will automatically be rejected. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the obligations for pledges, materials, and services. When these guarantees are in the form of a guarantee issued by one of the above-authorized institutions, the amount of each of them corresponds to 50% of the contract price and when they are in the form of a certified cheque, the amount of each of them corresponds to 10% of the contract. Delivery schedule Start of work: June 25, 2026 End of work: August 21, 2026 No work will be allowed during the summer construction holidays from July 18 to August 2, 2026.
