Reference Number 0000413982 Aurora Water is requesting written proposals from qualified firms to provide engineering services for the Fitzsimons Wastewater Treatment Plant Demolition. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide assistance to prospective consultants in the interpretation of the Request for Proposals, Scope of Services, Sample Contract, and other technical and contractual matters. Attendance at the pre-proposal conference is not mandatory, but highly recommended. Specific requirements for this project are contained in the attached Section I Scope of Services. Question Deadline 03/13/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions regarding this Request for Proposals shall be addressed to Brian Hancock, Contract Administrator, via email at bhancock@auroragov.org. All questions will be answered via addendum posted to online. Questions received after will not be addressed. May 29, 2026 Contract award actions complete/Services may begin The City of Aurora reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any informalities in the proposals received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the City.
