Responses to written inquiries (if required) will be published in the form of an Addenda/Addendum and posted on online. Note: Contractors intending on serving as subcontractors (unless noted otherwise herein), or material suppliers should not submit a Statement of Qualifications for this Preinvitation/Statement of Qualification process. This process is designed to pre-qualify General Contractors only. When the bids for these construction projects are solicited, only those pre-qualified General Contractors selected from this process will be solicited or allowed to participate. However, any potential subcontractors and material suppliers shall be given full opportunity at that time to review, and/or purchase the project manuals as they deem appropriate.
