Montview Blvd. Aurora, CO 80045 The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and the Gates Institute Biomanufacturing Facility (GBF), located within Bioscience #1, Suite 380, is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors to renovate rooms in Bioscience #1 on the CU Anschutz Campus. Room 330A will be renovated into a purification room, Room 320 into a Fermentation Room, and Room 800 into a Utilities Room. (See RFP for full Scope) Award Intent Notification (anticipated) July 28, 2026 Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required if the construction value is $50,000 or greater, a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals on the basis of being unresponsive to this AFB or for failure to disclose requested information.
