Sealed bids are invited for the construction of MLK Park. The work includes all labor, material, and equipment required to perform the work as described in the project plans and specifications. A State of Arkansas Contractor’s License is not required to bid; however, no contractor may submit a bid without first submitting an initial application for licensure, and no contract will be executed until the successful bidder has furnished an appropriate license issued by the State of Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board. The project encourages all qualified small, minority, and women business enterprises to participate. The City of Arkadelphia is not responsible for lost or misguided bids.
