The Successful Bidder is responsible for completing the work in accordance with the Exhibit B Construction Plans and as required for a complete and functional installation. a. Exhibit B, Construction Plans. b. The Successful Bidders' shall coordinate with Leon County Schools Permitting Office to establish and adhere to the permit inspection schedule. c. All necessary labor, materials, equipment and other items, facilities, and/or services to perform and complete all work required in the contract documents are to be provided by the Successful Bidder. d. The Successful Bidder must provide a clean and safe work environment for the employees and students. e. All work will need to be scheduled/accomplished to minimize interruption to school operations and in consideration and safety of building occupants. f. Clean up any debris from the site daily and upon final completion. g. Provide, maintain and repair any needed access to accomplish the work. h. Provide testing for concrete and other material specification strengths
