Dade Oaks Elderly consists of 24 apartment units and is a designated for elderly/disabled persons. It is the goal of the agency to provide accessible showers with a low threshold, a bench, and grab bars to allow residents the ability to access shower no matter their ability. PCHA would like to have a quick turnaround for completion of this project. This project is possible by a grant and the contractor will be working in conjunction with Pasco County Community Development Department along with Pasco County Housing Authority.
