As of April 17, 2026 Project has been cancelled . No definite date for rebid The following specifications are intended for each unit as listed below. Dade Oaks Elderly consists of 24 apartment units and is a designated for elderly/disabled persons. It is the goal of the agency to provide accessible showers with a low threshold, a bench, and grab bars to allow residents the ability to access shower no matter their ability. PCHA would like to have a quick turnaround for completion of this project. This project is possible by a grant and the contractor will be working in conjunction with Pasco County Community Development Department along with Pasco County Housing Authority. All payments will be completed by the County to the contractor. Question Deadline 04/15/2026 at 5:00 PM ET All questions should be directed to procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. Scope of Work: The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) Dade City, Florida is requesting bids to provide bathroom renovations for the PCHA property located at 37347 Autumn Dr. Dade City, FL 33523. Instructions to Bidders: Sealed bids will be received at the Pasco County Community Development Office, 8610 Galen Wilson Blvd., Port Richey, FL 34668, no later than 10:00am (EST). No responses will be accepted after 10:00 A.M. EST. Copies of the IFB packet may be downloaded from https://pascocountyhousing.org/ under procurement or by emailing procurement@pascocountyhousing.org. PCHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if such action is in the best interest of the Housing Authority and to waive any and all informalities and minor irregularities. The PCHA also reserves the right to cancel the solicitation for any reason it deems in the best interest of PCHA.
