Notice is hereby given that Hatfield Township will receive sealed bids electronically via the PennBid Program for the following contract: Hatfield Township is requesting bids for paving of Township Parking lots and parks trails. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check or a Bid Bond executed by a Corporate Surety approved to do business in the Commonwealth of PA by the Secretary of Insurance of the Commonwealth of PA, in the amount required by the bid and drawn to the order of Hatfield Township. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after the date of the reading of the bids. The Board of Commissioners of Hatfield Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to accept any bid in part, or in full and to waive any defects or informalities in the bidding procedures. Public Works interior lot (650 Tons of 19mm Asphalt and 3600 Sq.Yds . Milling ) This contract will include the placement of 1.5 inches of Superpave Asphalt on several trails and parking lots within the Township. A list ofthese trails/parking lots and locations are in the specifications, which will amount to approximately 1050 +/- tons. The area is approximately 2700 +/- square yards ofMilling. The public works location will require 3 inches of 19mm asphalt along with a 3 inch mill. This location amount to 650 +/- tons of asphalt and 3600 +/- square yards ofmilling. Total tonnage for the entire contract is approximately 1700 +/- tons ofasphalt and 6300 +/- square yards ofmilling. Hatfield Township reserves the right to add or delete trails/parking lots to adjust the price to work within the proposed budget. Contractor must perform all work to completion by October 5th, 2026.
