Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Quincy, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The principal features of this procurement are Professional Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Public Safety Complex. Specifications are stated in RFQ 26-07. Sealed proposals are to be submitted to the Gadsden County Purchasing Office by 3:00 PM EST on March 24, 2026. Proposals received after this time will be returned unopened. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required. Persons or affiliates on the convicted respondent list per Florida law may not submit bids or perform work. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, reject any or all proposals, re-bid a project, and accept proposals deemed in its best interest. The County may also increase or decrease quantities as needed, at the unit price bid. Question Deadline 03/09/2026
