Sealed bids are requested for lawn maintenance services for the Eclectic Community for the Elmore County Board of Education. Bids must be submitted on the provided proposal form, with the company name and bid number displayed on the outside of the bid envelope for acceptance and opening. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the scheduled closing. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors deemed in the Owner's best interest. All contractors must visit the site and examine the existing conditions before submitting a proposal. Bidders must hold general liability insurance of at least $500,000.
