Contract DYL 2025-06 includes installing PAPIs and REILs. Bids must be prepared and submitted on prescribed forms in accordance with instructions in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) of the Project Manual. Each bidder must deposit a bid security equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid, in the form and under the conditions specified in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 120 days after the bid opening. Successful bidders must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance within fifteen days after acceptance of the proposal, as specified in the Contract Documents. Wages as predetermined by the US Secretary of Labor and Industry must be used in paying labor for work under this contract. All work is subject to regulations in Division 8 of the Project Manual. Disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
