Site work for a water / sewer project in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Work includes furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and performing all operations required to construct the work as specified. Tasks include construction and installation of drainage structures, French drains, miscellaneous drainage improvements, driveway restoration, grading, sodding, and miscellaneous roadway restoration including concrete curb and gutters, and sidewalks as needed. Locations are work order driven and may include NW 39 Street from NW 29 Ave. to NW 30 Ave. and NE 189 Street from NE 4 Ct. to NE 5 Ave., with the possibility of updating the sites as needed. Total cost shall not exceed the contract award amount. Bidders must have relevant licenses as specified and must demonstrate experience through detailed descriptions of at least three similar projects completed within the past five years, including details of the personnel involved, client references, project descriptions, contract values, durations, and performance documentation. Bidding documents can be obtained for a fee or downloaded for free from the provided website. All RFI requests should be e-mailed to elva.reyes@miamidade.gov while copying the Clerk of the Board to clerk.board@miamidade.gov.
