City Light requires a botanical consultant to assist with rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) plant monitoring at the Boundary Hydroelectric Project. The consultant’s work will support implementation of the Terrestrial Resources Management Plan, including monitoring of known subpopulations of RTE plant species in the project boundary or associated with project mitigation sites, and conducting pre-disturbance surveys so that risks can be assessed and protection, mitigation, or enhancement measures can be developed. The scope includes species of fungi and lichens with federal or state protection.
