Repairs and select finish and fixture replacement at interior restrooms. Certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond is required with each bid, equal to 5% of the total base bid only. Checks should be payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. It is the responsibility of the bidder to verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of bid. The project is not estimated to cost one million dollars or more, therefore is not subject to apprenticeship requirements. The owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other bid, reject any or all bids, and waive any irregularities in any bid. No bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days. A pre-bid meeting and walkthrough is highly recommended for prime contractors and subcontractors and will be held at the project site. Anticipated Award Date: April 13, 2026
