The City of Seattle is seeking qualifications for On-Call Land Surveying Services. Seattle Public Utilities requests Statements of Qualifications from qualified Consultant Teams to provide on-call land surveying for a variety of infrastructure improvements, and to support Seattle Department of Transportation’s goals for pedestrian, bicycle, transit, roadway structure, traffic operations, and roadway improvements over the next ten years. Up to four or more consultant teams may be awarded contracts to provide as-needed land surveying services. No specific projects are identified at this time; individual scopes of work will be determined as planning, priority, and budget allow and will be negotiated as funding becomes available. Each scope of work will be issued as a Work Assignment with specific deliverables and milestones. The contract and any subsequent work assignments will not exceed five years. There is no guarantee of any minimum quantity of work under this contract.
