The City of Hot Springs is accepting bids for the construction of a 30' x 70' red iron pole barn, labor and materials, as described in the scope of work on behalf of the Utilities Department. The following specifications describe the minimum requirements for this project. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including building, electrical, and safety codes.
