The City of Harrison, Department of Public Works is accepting sealed bids from qualified companies to provide approximately 11.4 miles of hot mix asphalt street overlay including cold milling. Each bid must be accompanied by an acceptable form of bid guaranty as stipulated in the bid documents. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked specifying that it is a bid for "2026 HMAC Overlays," stating the time for opening and the name of the bidder. Late bids will be returned unopened. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
