Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Harrison, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Professional engineers licensed in the State of Arkansas are requested to provide engineering services for drainage improvements funded by a Community Development Block Grant through the Arkansas Economic Development Commission. All proposals will be evaluated based on specialized experience and technical competence, performance, capacity and capability to perform the work, and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will commence with the respondent receiving the highest total evaluation score. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all responses. All interested parties must submit three clearly marked and sealed hard copies of their statement of qualifications to the specified address by the deadline.
