Ben Franklin Transit is seeking statements of qualifications for Design-Build services for a new Training Center in Kennewick, WA, using the progressive design-build delivery method. All statements of qualifications must be submitted electronically via OpenGov.com by the specified due date. Proposals must be in the requested format or may be rejected. Proposers must ensure their submission to the correct website address; submissions sent elsewhere will be considered non-responsive. All interested parties must create a free account with OpenGov to submit electronic bids. Questions are to be directed to the designated contact. Participation from minority and women-owned businesses is encouraged, and all applicable Equal Opportunity laws and regulations must be followed.
