The City of Minneapolis is seeking bids from prospective suppliers to furnish and deliver Sodium Bisulfite for PW-Water Engineering and various Boards and Departments, following all provided specifications, line items, and required documents. Bidders must submit their responses electronically through the City of Minneapolis eSupplier Portal, where all bidding documents and forms are available. Bidders are responsible for reviewing and acknowledging any addenda before submitting their bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all specifications. Bidders must comply with the minimum criteria specified in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3, and, if requested, submit a signed statement under oath verifying compliance. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and clerical errors.
