The Town of Fort Erie invites qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the Oakes Park Peewee Field Lighting Project. The work includes the removal and replacement of existing lighting infrastructure, including conduits and wiring, and the installation of a new LED sports lighting system in accordance with the Engineer's drawings and specifications. The project aims to improve field illumination and safety, enhance user experience, and reduce energy consumption in support of the Town's sustainability objectives. All solicitation documents will be made available for download free of charge. In order to be eligible to submit a bid, respondents must register as a plan taker for this specific bid opportunity. As a condition of award, the awarded contractor must complete the Town's Contractor Safety Program prior to the commencement of any work. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $25,000.00 payable to The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie.
