The Town of Fort Erie is seeking tenders from qualified contractors to perform routing and/or cleaning (blowing) of cracks and filling with a sealant compound on various roads throughout the Town as part of the 2026 and 2027 Routing & Crack Sealing Program. This is a two-year contract with the possibility to extend for one additional year. Bidders must register as a plan taker for this specific opportunity. The awarded contractor must complete the town's Contractor Safety Program prior to commencing any work. All bid submissions must be made electronically through the specified web portal. Each tender must include a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $6,000 payable to The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie. All communications regarding the tender must be submitted via the Bidding System. The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and does not guarantee acceptance of the lowest or any submission.
