The project entails furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of an insulation board with a spray-applied coating ceiling remediation system at the Rocky River Recreation Center, covering approximately 16,000 square feet. Proposals must be sealed, clearly marked as 'GYM CEILING REMEDIATION,' and submitted to the specified address. Bidders must attend a mandatory site visit to be eligible to submit a proposal. Contractors are required to comply with prevailing wage requirements and relevant sections of the Ohio Revised Code. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project includes approximately 16,000 square feet of gymnasium ceiling area.
