Description

Site work for a civil project in Rocky River, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Rocky River, Ohio is requesting proposals from qualified professional engineering consulting firms to provide survey, engineering, design, plan preparation, bidding assistance, and construction phase engineering support services for the Beaconsfield Boulevard Sewer Rehabilitation and Roadway Reconstruction Project. The project generally includes replacement and modernization of aging sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure, elimination of inverted sewer configurations, sewer capacity improvements, coordination with the Cleveland Division of Water for water main replacement, and full roadway reconstruction along Beaconsfield Boulevard from Wagar Road to Morewood Parkway. Proposals received after the stated deadline will not be considered. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, request additional information, negotiate scope and fees, modify the project scope, and accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City. Questions regarding the Request for Proposals must be submitted in writing to rsnyder@rockyriverohio.gov no later than 11:00 p.m. EST on June 12, 2026.
