Scope for New Holland School HVAC Replacement: Replace all the WSHP (water source heat pumps) in building. Replace existing water source heat pumps with Daikin water source heat pumps. Only the WSHP will be replaced, not the RTU. Replace valve and hose kits. Rework all existing drains. Replace all 4 pumps in the mechanical room. Refer to plans and spec sheets at the top of the RFP. ALC Controls will be in the scope of the project, including lights, pump room, WSHP, and RTUs. All ceiling grid removal and repair, including ceiling tiles, will be included in the proposal. Proposal Delivery Instructions: Proposals must consist of one original and four copies. Proposals must be submitted in sealed packages marked "New Holland Leadership Academy HVAC Replacement" by U.S. Mail, courier service, or hand delivery. No proposals will be accepted via fax. All proposers must be E-Verified and submit a contractor's affidavit. Statutorily required bid bond and 100% payment & performance bond required. Proposals will be received by the specified deadline. Contracts and obligations are contingent upon sufficient local funding and approval by the Board of Education. Evidence of required bonds and insurance must be presented prior to contract execution.
