Renovation of a theater / auditorium in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The scope includes the sound separation of the performance space from adjacent facilities, replacement of the historic vaulted ceiling, construction of new restrooms and back of house support spaces, and installation of new MEP, fire alarm, and stand pipe/sprinkler systems. A gently sloped walkway with railing will be provided to the building entrance to meet ADA requirements. Late bids will not be accepted.
