Bids are requested for citywide grass cutting and related services at all parks, schools, traffic islands, and designated cemetery locations. Contractor services must include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to maintain landscaping at all specified locations in accordance with the provided specifications. Locations and detailed scope of work are included in the specifications. Contracts will be awarded to the contractor offering the lowest price for each bid group, as referenced in the Bid Price Form. Bidders do not need to bid on all bid groups to be considered. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked, and delivered to the purchasing department before the specified deadline. The City reserves the right to waive any informality, reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, and make awards as deemed in the best interest of the City.
