The Lynn Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development (LHAND) is requesting qualified bidders to provide a cost for the demolition and replacement of concrete stairs at the Curwin Circle Federal Family Public Housing Development located in Lynn, Massachusetts. The LHAND Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids or any part thereof, and make awards as may appear in the best interest of the Authority.
