Description

New construction of a water / sewer project in Lexington, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.

New duplex self-priming pump station package including new wet well, emergency standby pump, and associated site and electrical work to replace an existing pump station. All technical questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Keith Cannon keith.cannon@ghd.com and cc: marjorie.howe@ghd.com. No response will be given to questions received less than five (5) days before the Bid opening date. The Work consists of a new duplex self-priming pump station package including new wetwell, emergency standby pump, and associated site and electrical work to replace an existing pump station in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by GHD Inc., 1122 Lady Street, Suite 900C, Columbia, SC 29201. 150 Calendar Days will be allowed for Contractor to achieve Substantial Completion after the date established for start of construction in the Notice to Proceed, and 180 Calendar Days to achieve Final Completion.
